In 2013 fulfilling her life long dream, French Designer & Author - Lucie Carrasco journeyed to America in order to organize a series of fundraising fashion shows of her Haute Couture Line, to raise the necessary funds to coordinate her crossing of the United States in her wheel chair. Lucie's goal is to raise awareness of the amazing aptitude and resilience individuals who are challenged with physical conditions possess and teach everyone that they can achieve all of their dreams, regardless of their circumstances.
The Tour will kick off with a huge celebrity "32nd Birthday Party" For Lucie in Los Angeles on July 24th, 2013. After a few days of rest, Lucie & her team will head out for the adventure of a lifetime. (Official Cities and Fashion Show Venue Updates Coming Soon!)
Lucie hopes to experience the beaches of Miami, The Soul of New Orleans, The Grand Canyon, A steamboat cruise up the Mississippi river, The wolves of Yellowstone, The American Indian Reservations of Colorado, among many other sites. Lucie also would like to meet Vanessa Paradis in New Orleans, the great Jerry Lewis Telethon-founder in New Jersey & Eva Longoria in Texas.

Lucie also plans to launch her "Ready To Wear" collection - "Shooting Star" when she returns to Los Angeles for her final Celebrity Couture Show towards the end of her tour.
"Trying to present my new collection in an original way, I am setting up this great journey across America to finish with a final Fashion Show in New York to showcase my new collection. The closing of the show will showcase a spectacular wedding dress,embroidered with gold lace and precious stones and finished with a ten meter sparkling tulle train." - Lucie Carrasco
The entire length of Lucie's trip will be taped for a Fetured Docu-Series to be released at the end of her tour, which will feature stories from adults and children along the road that are also faced with personal challenges, but are "Shooting For The Stars" to achieve their individuals dreams.
Along the tour, Lucie will hold "Meet & Greets" with book signings and encouragement for local children and adults who are physically challenged & bed ridden. Lucie will partner with Foundations in each city that help fulfill the needs of people living with these physical challenges.
